Hi there! Are you feeling afraid to show your true self? Perhaps you are so used to people pleasing that you have suppressed what truly makes you happy. In our sessions, I want you to feel safe and heard. You will learn healthy tools to advocate for yourself, feel empowered, and decompress. With self-esteem building, trusting your body again, and putting yourself first you will learn how to have balance. Think of our first session as the time where you get to tell YOUR story. Maybe this is the first time you have been able to share the world through your eyes. I am here to listen. We will then identify the areas that you want to improve in your life and map out strong goals to create the change in yourself that you have wanted for so long.
