Welcome! I look forward to meeting with you and learning about your journey. With many years of providing a safe and therapeutic space, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults to facilitate healing and growth. I have guided clients in the therapeutic process to address areas such as trauma, abuse, grief/loss, transitions, parenting challenges, depression/anxiety, and other life stressors. My approach to therapy is supportive, inclusive, collaborative, and person-centered. I utilize various methods including but not limited to Motivational Interviewing, Art Therapy, Play Therapy Interventions, Strength-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
