Curiosity about relationships and how family history gets carried forward into the present guides my work with children & adults of all ages. I've worked with clients aged 0-101 with an emphasis on connection, authenticity, and mindful self-awareness to overcome a variety of conditions, including low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, phase-of-life and relationship problems. As a Somatic psychotherapist, I also utilize body-based techniques like mindfulness & movement.
