I am here to help you get back on track when life tries to knock you off your path. If you are looking for someone who is compassion focused; if you need a coach; need help with motivation, anxiety, depression or even compassion fatigue; I am here to help! I love helping others. It gives me great joy seeing people get their life back and make it through struggles they didn't think they could navigate. As a 20 year military spouse, I have learned that life will be unpredictable but you will make it. My approach is solution focused. I use CBT, animal assisted intervention, and I'm trained in EMDR.
