I believe that my approach and personality create a safe environment for my clients to create lasting change. I have been practicing counseling since 2016 and have over 9 years of experience with clients of all ages. I also specialize in trauma, substance abuse, and working with teens. Other areas of experience include anxiety, self-esteem, and grief, to name a few. I am currently accepting new clients and providing in home therapy via video therapy, as well as in person sessions.
