Therapy can be intimidating to many people. I don't believe in having a "diagnosis" in order to justify therapy... there are benefits to even the most mentally strong. Much like cars need a tune up, people need to often make mental health a priority! Whether it be a major life change, difficulty in relationships, or feeling like something is missing... I am here to listen, help, and support you through your journey. With experience in helping small children to the young at heart, I tailor my work to meet each client's individual needs.
