Christina loves helping others and enjoys using humor, and person centered therapy to assist clients with dealing with today's challenges. She likes to help clients write their own story and what their life should be and with free of judgment. Christina can assist with managing goals and other behaviors throughout the lifespan, but she will try and go to the core and find what is going on to help you. She is further trauma certified and has experience with a variety of diagnosis, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, neurodiversity, and much more.
