I work with anxiety, grief, trauma, caregivers, and those adjusting to life changes. My experience includes early childhood mental health, the autism community, crisis counseling in the ER, and in clinical leadership. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and empowered to care for yourself while caring for others. My specialty is in supporting caregivers, whether you're raising a child, caring for an aging parent, or doing both. Prioritizing your own well-being is hard, and burnout is real.
