Welcome to my profile. I hope that you find it helpful in choosing the right therapist for you or someone you love. I began working with children, adults, and families over 30 years ago as a Social Worker and have been providing psychotherapy services in Carlsbad since 2006. My counseling services are available to young adults, individuals, couples, multi-generational families, and seniors. In-person and remote availability Mon-Fri., 10am-4pm. I have enjoyed a cross-section of clients over the years from all walks of life and couldn't love my job more! My life experience includes 20 years as a volunteer breastfeeding educator, a graduate adjunct teaching position at USD, mindfulness teaching (MiraCosta) and a large scale research study on PTSD for the VA.
