Christina Ortiz, a bilingual-bicultural Latina Licensed Marriage Family Therapist in private practice in California with ten years of professional work experience. I have taken various trainings such as EMDR, DBT, and CBT to increase my clinical skills to better support my clients in reaching their academic, social, vocational, and personal goals. I continue to research new interventions and skills to support my clients in reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and complex trauma.
