People often come to me because they are in pain. Pain can be difficult to handle alone and may feel overwhelming or hopeless. Therapy can help to share that experience, explore concerns, and create a more meaningful life. As a therapist, I focus on creating a warm, empathic, and nurturing atmosphere encouraging curiosity and exploration. I enjoy reflecting with my patients on how their life experiences have led up to where they are today. Together, we may explore unconscious patterns in behavior, dreams, motivations, relationships, and emotions to create a deeper understanding of oneself and increase self-awareness.
