I take into account your past experiences, current stressors, trauma, and unique circumstances. My approach isn't a one-size-fits-all; I use a variety of therapeutic techniques. During our first session, we will discuss current issues and limitations that you may be experiencing. I value taking the time to build a strong therapeutic relationship with clients.
