Welcome. As each one of us can be faced with challenges, loss, adversity, and transition, sometimes we need a little extra support during those times. Therapy can be a safe space to explore problems, navigate new situations, learn additional coping skills, and understand where you may be stuck on an issue. As a therapist, I provide an open, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can freely explore their issues and emotions. I integrate different therapeutic techniques to best match what may be useful for my clients and their specific needs during treatment.
