I am accepting new clients in person in Salt Lake City and via telehealth! I am a Clinical Sport Psychologist with specific training and experience providing specialized care for teens and adults with eating disorders, OCD, problematic exercise, anxiety, and depression. I also work with athletes to help them cope with injury and overcome performance anxiety. I love working collaboratively with clients to meet their goals and get back on track. I start with a thorough assessment and work with you to develop a goals and a treatment plan. I also value interdisciplinary collaboration with other providers when appropriate.
