Are you new to therapy or wanting to heal from trauma that seems to resurface at unexpected times? Have you done some trauma work but feel as if you still struggle. My passion is working with people who have experienced trauma and anxiety and are ready to heal. I am excited to announce that I offer EMDR therapy intensives! Intensives are a powerful format of therapy that can bring a remarkable amount of insight and breakthrough to people who have felt stuck and are suffering. I reside in Missouri, however, I am licensed and practice virtually via telehealth in Missouri, Nevada, Illinois, Massachusetts & Arizona. I am a private practice clinician and see client's via telehealth, and sometimes can see client's in-home locally. I have also done Walk & Talk therapy locally, when the weather allows. I am trained to use EMDR, Mindfulness, and Safe and Sound Protocol. I have a passion for the Polyvagal Theory and utilize many resources related to this to help my clients.
