Hello! I work with teens, young adults, and adults to help them overcome barriers that keep them feeling stuck in their relationships and in their life. I work from a trauma-informed and lens to create a safe space where my clients can feel seen and heard, and feel safe to be their authentic selves. I believe that culture plays a big role in how we view our selves in relation to the world, and I incorporate cultural exploration in sessions. I collaborate with my clients and meet them where they are at to create goals that they would like to achieve. I provide telehealth sessions. I specialize working with anxiety (and related disorders), depression, ADHD, Trauma, LGBTQ+ topics, identity exploration, immigration, multiculturalism, acculturation, communication challenges, life transitions, parenting issues, and premarital and marital topics.
