Life can feel overwhelming when stress, anxiety, trauma, or relationship conflict begin to interfere with your ability to function or feel connected. Many clients come to therapy knowing something needs to change, but unsure where to begin. Therapy offers a supportive space to gain clarity, develop practical tools, and move forward with confidence. Using an individualized, solution-focused approach that supports the whole person—mind, body, and emotional well-being. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is essential to healing, and I take time to understand each client’s unique needs before setting goals.
