A little bit about my focus as a therapist- My heart's work lies in supporting mothers, birthing persons and families as they navigate the profound transitions of pregnancy, birth, and the seasons that follow- helping them find steadiness, healing, and hope. I have over 20 years of clinical experience in crisis intervention, trauma informed care, and grief and loss. My work is rooted in helping individuals find understanding, healing, and a way forward when life feels heavy or stuck.
