Sometimes our lives, feelings, and minds can become overwhelming. Even when we acknowledge that we need some extra support, it can be very difficult to take that first step in finding a therapist. I strongly believe in the healing power of a supportive, caring and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. I carefully consider each of my client's unique struggles and experiences as I strive to connect with their inner world. My goal in the therapeutic relationship is for each client to feel heard, respected and understood. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience. I am passionate about helping women navigate through the many stages and challenges of life. My approach to treatment is that of an active and engaged participant. I specialize in women's issues, pregnancy related mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
