Far too often individuals deny themselves the benefit of therapy because they believe that doing so would be acknowledging their own personal faults or weaknesses. As a masters prepared clinician, I provide a nurturing environment whereby individuals feel safe to explore solutions to their current life challenges without fear of judgement. Building a strong, trusting, therapeutic relationship is the foundation for the collaborative work that will take place during sessions.
