Many of us are working through challenging phases in our lives. Challenges such as past trauma, relationship issues, or having unhealthy ways to cope that can lead to unwelcoming thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Reaching out for help is the first step in the process of healing, letting go and learning how to find our own personal strength to move forward. My role as your therapist will be to help you identify goals that will support you in achieving success in whatever areas of life you are struggling with.
