Greetings! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Maryland with a Master's degree from Bowie State University. I’ve been practicing as a therapist for three years and have over seven years of experience in the mental health field, working in areas such as case management, crisis intervention, addictions, and domestic violence. As a therapist, I like to think of myself as a driving instructor—you’re in the driver’s seat of your life, steering the way. My role is to provide support, guidance, and course correction when needed, helping you develop the skills to navigate life with confidence and purpose. In our first session, we’ll start with a quick introduction to get to know each other, then focus on the challenges you’re currently facing. From there, we’ll work together to create a personalized plan to guide us in future sessions.
