Many of my clients come to me when life has become difficult: relationship issues, work stress, trouble with school. Together we will navigate the challenges that naturally arise such as feelings of loneliness, self-doubt, anxiety, sadness, and fear. In our time together we will look at your current coping strategies and work towards interrupting unhelpful patterns, setting healthier boundaries, improving communication, and if needed, healing from trauma.
