Welcome! I have openings today for online counseling. I have 11+ years of experience in the mental health field working mostly with children and adolescents who have mental health struggles and severe emotional/behavioral challenges including symptoms related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, conflict resolution, issues with social media, self-advocacy, school issues and social skill deficits. I used a strengths-based approach in addition to other evidence-based practices through a trauma informed lens. I am also a passionate advocate for those I work with and empower them to identify their strengths and utilize them.
