Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents, young adults, and adults from a trauma informed perspective to gain healing and wellness. My focus for providing quality care is to establish a safe space for clients to do their best work at learning self care, positive self image, and safe boundaries. I utilize an eclectic approach with clients, helping them pursue the right care for their needs. I have served clients on various issues including anxiety, grief and loss, gender identity, attachment, depression, child abuse and domestic abuse, race, women’s health, and relationship issues. Specific areas of expertise include adoption, transracial identity, and traumatic grief.
