There are times in our lives that range from feeling impossible and never ending to not bad but not "right". Therapy can help you figure out the what, why, and how. What's exactly "wrong", why am I feeling that way and how do I move forward. This is even left up to you on what we work on and how far we dive into anything. I believe in creating a collaborative and nonjudgmental environment. I come from a non-traditional background which allows me to approach the therapeutic process in a holistic and eclectic way of meeting your starting point. I believe if we learn to be compassionate to ourselves, we are more open to healing change
