Everyone needs a space where they feel their thoughts and feelings matter. I aim to create a space where people can explore what's on their mind without fear of judgment. I’m experienced with EMDR and Internal Family Systems informed care, which are powerful approaches that help people to process trauma and become a wiser, more balanced version of themselves. I specialize in treating PTSD, issues with dissociation, LGBTQ+, and anxiety/depression. I also enjoy working with addictions or those who are in recovery from addictions, as well as with children and teens.
