I believe therapy is a collaborative effort in which the client is the expert and the therapist is the guide. The goal of therapy is to improve awareness, understanding and growth. My goal is to help guide clients on their path to creating their best self and helping them through life challenges while understanding their history and the experiences that have helped shape them into who they are today.
