I believe in being genuine and supportive with all of my clients so as to create a safe, empathic, and accepting therapeutic environment. I strive to build a strong, nonjudgemental, and respectful therapeutic relationship to encourage progress. I work with children, adolescents, and adults and specializing in working with eating disorders, perinatal and maternal mental health, anxiety, depression, self esteem, peer/family conflicts, relational difficulties, ADHD and behavioral issues. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health, Level 2 certified in the Gottman Couples Therapy, and Level 1 certified in Advanced Trauma Treatment.
