My approach to therapy relies on establishing a collaborative relationship with my patient(s) so that we can work together to identify the habitual patterns of thinking, feeling and acting that keep you from enjoying the quality of life you would like for yourself. I create a supportive environment that allows you the patient to talk openly without fear of judgment. By the time you leave therapy you will not only have solved the problem that brought you in, but you will take away a set of skills that will help you effectively cope with whatever challenges life may present in the future.
