As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I help individuals work through painful experiences, relieve overwhelming emotions, and strengthen their sense of self. I provide the people I work with a safe space to explore their behaviors, early childhood experiences, and how those experiences may reinforce current patterns. We are often “stuck” at the ages when our needs were not met or trauma occurred. My approach is direct and compassionate, helping you work through patterns that may once have been helpful but now keep you from moving forward and make progress.
