I'm a social worker specializing in anxiety, depression, self-esteem and eating disorders/disordered eating. I'd love to chat if you are looking to change existing patterns to meet new goals, but have hit some stumbling blocks along the way. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the firm belief that all of our past behaviors were, at one point, our best available options. And that, at some point, these behaviors no longer serve us. I'm passionate about being authentic within the therapeutic space and celebrating wins of all sizes. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family-Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I draw on a variety of techniques based on my clients and their goals.
