Hi, I'm Christine. I work with individuals accustomed to high pressure, high responsibility, and high expectations—including veterans, first responders, students, athletes, and professionals. Oftentimes people in these demanding roles become accustomed to carrying significant responsibility without slowing down. Over time, that constant pressure can quietly take a toll—sometimes showing up as strain in relationships, increased reliance on substances, irritability, or mood fluctuations that feel hard to explain. Together, we will work toward finding steadier ground by strengthening resilience and creating meaningful change.
