My specialty areas include: anxiety disorders, trauma, perinatal mood disorders & maternal mental health, interpersonal/relationship issues and life transitions. The therapeutic style I utilize combines psychodynamic therapy, trauma focused approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, ACT and dialectical behavior therapy based on the specific needs of each client.
