I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the States of Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, North Dakota, Maine, Indiana, and Florida. With over 20 years of experience in mental health, I have had the privilege of working in a wide range of therapeutic settings, including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, individual and group therapy, and even within the insurance industry. My approach combines Client-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Additionally, I focus on the strengths you already possess.
