They define us in so many ways, especially our relationships with what I call "The Big Five:" with our romantic partner(s), with family, with friends, with work/money, and the most important, our relationship with ourselves. My training in Relational Life Therapy allows me to see the patterns keeping you stuck and help bring about positive change.
