Life can be difficult and there are so many things that happen to us that are out of our control when things happen externally it affects us in a negative way internally. Sometimes it may not even be our circumstances but our thoughts and negative distortions that have manifested over the years and are causing us extreme distress and an inability to be able to cope with everyday life. When this becomes our reality we often feel powerless to change. I have a passion to walk alongside individuals to offer support and encouragement by creating a safe space where you feel heard and valued.
