Hi there. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in Kentucky and Florida. For over 14 years, I have been helping people who are living with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes. I enjoy helping people learn how to use their own strengths to start feeling better. I have worked in a number of settings including inpatient treatment and outpatient. I enjoy meeting people from diverse backgrounds and helping people start feeling better whatever stage of life they are in. In our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other. I want to hear what has led you to therapy so that we can begin a plan to take on the challenges together. Although I want to know all about you, you don't have to tell me everything all at once- only what you feel comfortable sharing.
