Quiet struggles can become powerful catalysts for growth—shaping meaningful change in ways we may not expect. I work with adults of all ages who are navigating life transitions or stagnations, negative thought and behavioral patterns, anxiety, unresolved trauma and loss, family conflicts, or who are simply feeling disconnected from who they are and their goals. Many of my clients appear capable and accomplished on the outside, yet internally carry a sense of anxiety, self-doubt, or self-criticism. Drawing from EMDR, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches, we work together to slow down, reflect, and shift what’s no longer serving you.
