My name is Christine Pemberton and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in San Diego, California I am working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults ranging in age from 20 years old into their 90s and specialize in anxiety/panic/stress, depression, and trauma using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help my clients make progress and start feeling better.
