As a therapist, I believe in acceptance, showing up authentically, and offering a non-judgmental, compassionate, empathetic approach with my clients. I believe that your life is your own story to write, and you get to decide what comes next. It is important that clients feel safe in my office, whether that be in person or virtual. I specialize in treating PTSD, codependency, eating disorders, grief, depression, and anxiety. I am a body positive clinician as well as an affirming therapist for the LGBTQIA+ community.
