My ideal client is someone seeking inner peace, emotional balance, and deeper self-connection. They may struggle with anxiety, self-criticism, relationship stress, or feeling stuck in painful patterns. Through Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients understand and heal the parts of themselves carrying fear, guilt, or other physical or emotional burdens. Together, we strengthen self-leadership, improve emotional regulation, and build healthier ways of relating to others. I also support clients’ spiritual needs by helping them reconnect with meaning, values, and inner guidance in a grounded, respectful way.
