When life gives us challenges, it can be helpful to have an outlet and support when facing them. I strive to provide an open, non-judgmental space for those looking to address issues around stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, and coping with loss. I work with preteens, adolescents, and adults in a strengths-based, solution-focused approach to help develop skills to adapt to life changes and provide a comfortable environment to cope with difficult emotions.
