I work with children and teens struggling with emotional dysregulation, trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral difficulties. They may feel overwhelmed by emotions, struggle with relationships, or have difficulty coping with daily challenges. Families want support in helping their child manage emotions and build resilience. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to foster self-awareness, develop coping skills, and create lasting emotional growth. I am part of Handspring Health. We’re a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults.
