I work with adult individuals (age 18+) and have a special interest in helping clients who are stressed facing challenging transitions and adjustments in life, or struggling with loss. I can help you look at the daily stresses you experience, and identify obstacles to personal satisfaction and happiness that we may problem-solve together. I can also work with you from a psychodynamic perspective, helping you identify internal influences on mood and self-esteem that may have roots in the past. You don't need to suffer! Together, we may find the answers within you to help you achieve positive change and personal satisfaction.
