I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida and worked as a social worker/case manager since 1996. I have worked in many settings including outpatient clinics, residential, jail, nursing homes, and case management in client homes. I believe that movement and change is essential to growth. I have a passion for walking alongside my clients to provide helpful tools to navigate through life challenges and come out the other side a stronger and more balanced person. I believe that without change there would be no butterflies.
