I have my Licensed Professional Counselor in both GA and IL. I have over 20+ years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, bipolar d/o, depression, many mental health diagnoses, grief, PTSD, parenting, relationship issues, postpartum concerns, divorce, self-esteem, and trauma. My goal in therapy is to help you identify your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, triggers, and past traumas so you can move forward with a clearer understanding of yourself and your experiences.
