I am a licensed therapist in Missouri (LPC) and Illinois (LCPC) and a Mental Performance Consultant in Training. I use a client-centered, strengths-based approach to work with clients toward their identified goals. Together, we figure out what you want, what's limiting you, and how to get to your goal. With over 15 years of experience, I work from an eclectic approach. The treatment type will be based on specific client preferences and needs.
