Nobody should be in therapy forever. My strategy for over a decade has been to empower individuals and families to achieve their goals, improve their quality of life, and maintain lasting positive changes by getting to the root of what is causing you difficulty. I treat individuals (adults, children, teens) and families from a friendly, strengths-based, non-judgmental perspective. I specialize in treating adults, children, adolescents, and families who struggle with a variety of issues--from diagnosable mental health conditions (i.e., anxiety, OCD, PTSD), to normal life transition issues.
