Maybe you are looking for a quiet place to land each week to process how things are going, or perhaps you are feeling distressed by events or changes in your life, and you are feeling anything but quiet. I work with people who come into therapy for a variety of reasons, but most are looking for a way to live a more fulfilling life with less stress and pain. As a child of immigrants, I am committed to serving clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including racial/ethnic diversity, as well as those in the LGBTQ+ community. I enjoy working with life transitions, including transition to college and to life after and the accompanying exploration of identity and self-esteem. I have a broad base of experience, including working with adults addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, codependency, ADHD and relationship issues.
